Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MoveCortex while it is in private beta. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Beta software

MoveCortex is provided during the beta period free of charge, on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. You should not rely on MoveCortex as your sole system of record for business-critical data without keeping your own backups.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of data you and your team enter, and for how you communicate with your own customers through the platform (quotes, emails, texts, calls).
• You must have the legal right to collect and process the personal information of your own customers that you enter into MoveCortex, and to text or call them through it.
• You won't use MoveCortex to send spam, unlawful communications, or to store data you don't have the right to store.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

AI-generated content

Quotes, call summaries, transcripts, and similar content generated by AI features are estimates and aids, not guarantees. Review AI-generated quotes and summaries before relying on them for pricing, billing, or customer commitments.

Billing

MoveCortex is free during the beta. Paid plans, billing terms, and payment processing will be introduced later and will require separate acceptance of updated terms before any charges begin.

Termination

You may stop using MoveCortex and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate beta access at our discretion, including for misuse, abuse of the platform, or if the beta program ends.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoveCortex and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the beta software, including data loss or business interruption.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves, especially around the introduction of paid plans. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active accounts of material changes.
